It is not a new-build or luxury renovation, but it is clean, functional, roomy, affordable, and well-suited for guests who want a peaceful place to settle in for a longer stay. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and includes a dedicated workspace, high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of space to relax indoors or outside. It is a great fit for families, professionals, traveling medical workers, students, couples, and guests looking for a practical longer-term base in Clearwater. LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS The home is located in a quiet Clearwater neighborhood close to parks, hospitals, schools, beaches, and local attractions. THE SPACE This home is set up for comfortable extended stays, with multiple sleeping areas, workspaces, and gathering spaces. LIVING & DINING AREAS The open living area has ample seating for relaxing, watching TV, or spending time together. There are two dining tables, which are useful for shared meals, remote work, schoolwork, or spreading out during a longer stay. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS Bedroom 1 includes two queen beds, a futon, an ensuite bathroom with a bidet, a large walk-in closet, and a desk. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds and a small closet. Bedroom 3 includes one queen bed, a desk, and a closet. The home has two full bathrooms, including one with a tub/shower combination. KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY The kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances, cookware, dishes, and basic items needed for cooking during a longer stay. The home also includes in-unit laundry, making it especially convenient for midterm guests. OUTDOOR SPACE Guests can enjoy the patio and outdoor dining area, with seating for up to 8. The outdoor space is quiet and simple, ideal for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or unwinding at the end of the day. GUEST ACCESS Guests may access the home and listed guest amenities. There is a game room available for guest use. There is one closed-off area of the property that is not included in the rental, is not advertised as part of the stay, and may not be accessed by guests. Access to the property is by door code. The code will be provided in your introductory email before arrival. RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED A signed Rental Agreement is required before access to the property will be provided. If the Rental Agreement is not signed, guests will not receive access to the property and will not receive a refund for the stay. HOUSE RULES * No parties or events. * No pets. * No smoking or vaping. * Please keep noise to a minimum. * Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. * Please treat the home respectfully and leave it in the same general condition in which you found it. Additional cleanings and laundry service may be requested for an additional fee. Check-In Official check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM local time. During this window, our team is available to assist with arrival-related issues, including door codes, locks, WiFi, and access questions. Guests may still use self check-in after 8:00 PM; however, live support is not available after 8:00 PM. Any access issues, lock problems, or entry difficulties reported after 8:00 PM will be addressed the following day. By choosing to arrive after 8:00 PM, guests accept responsibility for delayed assistance and agree that no refunds or compensation will be issued for issues reported after 8:00 PM. We strongly recommend arriving during the 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM check-in window for the smoothest experience. PRICING Our prices include all required fees. No hidden fees.
